American television star Betty White died, days before her 100th birthday, according to American media, quoting the actress's manager, who has made the audience laugh for more than seven decades through her roles in series, most notably, The Golden Girls.

her manager Jeff Wittgas told People magazine.: "Although Betty was going to be 100 years old, I thought she would live forever," ,"I don't think she was afraid of death, because she always wanted to be with her husband who loved,( Alan Laden). She thought she would be by his side again," .

One of the most beloved actresses in the United States, Betty White has achieved multiple achievements and won numerous awards during her long career.

Betty White won the Emmy Awards, which first appeared on television in 1949, while she voiced a role in the movie "Toy Story 4" in 2019.; the actress said at the 2018 Emmy Awards. "It's amazing that I'm staying in this mission and your continued support is amazing!" 

In "The Golden Girls" she played the often clumsy and naïve Rose Nylund, while her co-stars Bea Arthur, Roe McClanahan and Estelle Getty played more complex characters.

She also participated in the series "The Mary Tyler More Show" and the famous series "The Bold and the Beautiful".

In 2010, at the age of eighty-eight, she became the oldest presenter of the popular Saturday Night Live entertainment programme.

US President Joe Biden commented on Betty White's death in a tweet on Twitter, saying, "She has drawn a smile on the lips of generations of Americans," considering her a "cultural icon" that Americans will miss. As for his wife, Jill Biden, she told reporters, "Has anyone not loved Betty White? We are very sad."

The US Army also paid tribute to "the true legend on and off the screen," recalling that "she participated during World War II in the American Women's Voluntary Services."

The actress was to turn 100 on January 17, and she tweeted on Tuesday, commenting on her publication of an interview she gave on the occasion, "My 100th birthday... I can't believe it's coming."

Betty Born in 1922 in a suburb of Chicago, White began her modeling career, then worked in the radio field and participated in commercials and landed her first small acting roles.

Betty White's life became inseparable from the small screen, and on a TV game show she met Alan Laden, who later became her third husband, who was presenting this program at the time. They were married from 1963 until Laden's death in 1981. She did not remarry after his death, and had no children.

In parallel to her career as an actress, the star was one of the first female producers of the series "Life with Elizabeth", in which she also played a role in the 1950s.

Betty White, whose blonde hair and blue eyes were a highlight, was known for her shocking answers and comments.

When asked by presenter David Letterman about her favorite hobbies, the fierce animal advocate said she likes to "mainly play with animals. also said Vodka is a kind of hobby."
