Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has revealed that she has received death threats from activists who accused her of hating transgender people.

the novelist wrote in a series of tweets: "I've received so many death threats that I can now cover the walls of my house," but she said that would not silence her.

She also complained that three transgender activists "filmed themselves" in front of her house last week, and made sure to take the picture "where her address" appears in her home, and posted it on Twitter.
