A general malfunction affects "Snapchat", causing a state of controversy, and the company promises a solution quickly.

 Snapchat had a major problem as of Thursday evening, with more than 125,000 users reporting issues trying to sign in to the app, and the attempt was made on an iPhone 12 and the company couldn't sign in either, and the app crashes every time the company tries to open application.

Snapchat confirmed that they are aware of the problem, explaining that fixing the bug takes time, while promising to fix the bug quickly. The company advised to delete the application, download it again, and wait until the bug is fixed.

Snapchat also acknowledged the problem in a tweet on its Twitter account on Thursday evening. : “We are aware of an issue that prevents some Snapchatters from logging in. Wait a minute, we're looking into it and fixing it!"



Four hours ago, Snapchat announced that it had fixed the problem and advised customers that if they are still experiencing the same problem, they should update the application again.
